How to Order

There are two main methods for used construction machinery and building materials. In addition, there are different methods for building materials depending on whether discounts are given or not. Please check our webpages carefully and use it for actual shopping.
*Please be sure to complete membership registration and membership login first.

Used construction machinery and building materials

  1. A product list will be displayed for each genre, so click the product you like.
  2. The details of the product will be displayed. If you are considering purchasing, click the "Request a quote" button.
  3. The products for which you request a quote are listed.
    If you want to consider more than one, please return to the top page from "HOME" and repeat in the same way. Click "Delete" if you want to cancel the selected product, or click "Empty in the quote request" if you want to cancel all products.
  4. Select "Inquiry about selected product" as the purpose of sending the content form, enter the remarks and the delivery address of the product, and click "Proceed to content confirmation".
    *Please change the delivery address if it is not your registered address.
  5. Please confirm the entered information and click "Send".
  6. Thank you for your request for quotation. The procedure is complete.
    According to the content of your request, we will send you the product photo information and quotation within 36 hours (excluding holidays), so please consider it.

Caution

  • For second-hand products, we recommend that you look at the actual product and purchase it. In addition, if you cannot visit due to distance, time, etc., we will inform you about bad points and failure status. We do our best to protect your property.
  • New products automatically comes with the manufacturer's warranty. As for second-hand products, please forgive complaints about product malfunctions, damage, scratches, etc.
  • Case of cash on delivery, please pay when you receive the item.
  • After confirming payment, we will start the delivery procedure. At the time of delivery, we will send you a notice (date and time) that it will be delivered to the customer.
  • We will also inform you about the delivery schedule by E-mail.

Building materials

  1. A product list will be displayed for each genre, so click the product number you like.
  2. Then, the details of the product will be displayed. If you are considering to purchase, click the "Request a quote" button.
  3. A list of products you request a quote will be displayed.
    If you want to consider more than one, please return to the top page from "HOME" and repeat in the same way. Click "Delete" if you want to cancel the selected product, or click "Empty in the quote request" if you want to cancel all products.
  4. Select "About the quotation of the selected product", enter the remarks and the delivery address of the product, and click "Proceed to confirm the content".
    ※Please change the delivery address if it is not your registered address.
  5. Confirm the information you have entered and click "Send".
  6. Thank you for your request for quotation. The procedure is complete.
    According to the content of your request, we will send you the product photo information and quotation within 36 hours (excluding holidays), so please consider it.

Caution

  • We will confirm your reply and send you an E-mail that your order has been completed.
  • We will inform you about payment by E-mail when your order is completed, so please transfer from your financial institution within 7 days.
  • After confirming payment, we will start the delivery procedure. At the time of delivery, we will send you a notice that it will be delivered to you. Please check the delivery status from the delivery confirmation.
  • We will also inform you about the delivery schedule by E-mail.

About membership registration

  • About membership registration

    There is a part that depends on the margin transaction with the customers. Therefore, we ask you to register your personal information.
    In addition, please note that your registration may be refused in some cases after screening. Even in that case, we will not explain the reason.

  • About handling of registration information

    Registration information will be strictly managed. For details, please see About the handling of personal information.

  • About changing of registration information

    If you want to change your registration information, please do it from the member registration / modification page.
    If the person in charge changes when using the service in your company, please delete the information of the previous person in charge and then re-register.

  • About cancelling your registration information

    If you wish to cancel your membership registration due to circumstances, please contact us via the inquiry page or E-mail. We will delete it soon.

Handling of personal information

We receive information on important transactions and privacy.
Therefore, we have stipulated the handling of customers information below. We would appreciate it if you could understand our attitude.

  • J-Works will strictly manage the personal information and will not leak it to third parties.
  • Personal information on J-Works is:
    • The registration information
    • Information about transactions with customers
    • Other personal information (including information that can identify the customer)
  • If the J-Works membership registration is canceled, the registered information will be deleted. It will not be used for DM etc.
  • We do not give customers'' personal information excluding when we are clamed from the judiciary and protect our rights and interests.
