Hirado's Rock Spliter can split rocks and concrete in various construction projects such as bridge demolition, residential land development, sewer systems, and underwater operations. It operates by inserting a 'wedge' hydraulically, ensuring low noise, low vibration, and minimal dust. Moreover, it is safe as it does not require explosives or static crushing agents.
The drill-pack attachment combines a drilling machine for perforation and a rock splitter for breaking rocks, mounted on a single carriage. This system machine enables safe and highly efficient semi-automatic operations for hazardous rock crushing tasks. It can be installed using only the hydraulic breaker piping of a backhoe, allowing for all operations from drilling to crushing to be controlled from within the cabin.
Making the work extremely safe, as there is no need to use any explosives or static crushing agents. Also saves evacuation time, and allows for precise project planning and execution. We invite you to try it out!
