High Operability and Powerful Destruction
A powerfull attachment to break rocks and concrete in various construction works, such as pier demolition, residential land development, sewer systems, and underwater operations. Since it uses hydraulics to insert a wedge, it operates with low noise, vibration and dust. Making the work extremely safe, as there is no need for the use of any explosives or static crushing agents.
Working in combination with a hydraulic powerunit of approximately 15 hp, it enables fast and flexible crushing. Its compact and lightweight design allows for transportation even by light vehicles, contributing to significant cost savings through labor efficiency.

■ Features
● Safe to use as it prevents debris from scattering and can be operated from a distance. In addition, it allows for setting the splitting direction, ensuring safety even in challenging locations such as uneven, high, or narrow spaces
● It operates by moving a jack hydraulically to drive a "wedge" without striking. Since it doesn't generates any noise or vibration, making it ideal for difficult sites like in highly populated areas
● Once the Rock Splitter is inserted into a pre-drilled hole and the splitting direction is set, it can be operated with a single lever, requiring no skilled labor. It can split precisely as intended, making it perfect for dimension splitting in landfill and tombstone quarrying.
● Driven by a compressor of approximately 15 horsepower, it enables speedy crushing, significantly reducing costs through labor efficiency.
● Its compact and lightweight design allows for transportation even by light vehicles (light van class), and the carriage is equipped with wheels, making it easy to move.
■ Crushing Principle
● The principle of the "wedge" is that when force is applied in direction A, a force several tens of times greater is generated in direction B, resulting in a large crushing force.
● The packer utilizes this principle by applying hydraulic pressure in direction A, generating a force of 200 to 2000 tons in direction B.
● The force in direction B and the splitting width are determined by the slope of the wedge.
■ Operating Instructions
1. Drill a hole using a pneumatic rock drill tool.
2. Insert the Rock Splitter into the hole, pointing it in the direction you want to split.
3. Move the operating lever of the packer pump to the "push" position to crush the rock.
